  1. Send an Email: Compose an email to [email protected].
  2. Subject Line: Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Supervaisor". This helps us identify and process your request efficiently.
  3. Information to Include: In the body of your email, please provide sufficient information for us to identify you and the data you wish to be deleted. This may include:
    • Your full name.
    • The email address you used to interact with our Service (if different from the one you are sending the email from).

Processing Your Request:

Once we receive your request, we will acknowledge it and may contact you if we need further information to verify your identity or clarify the scope of your request. We aim to process and complete data deletion requests within [e.g., 30 days or a reasonable timeframe as per legal requirements] of verifying your request, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Please note that some data may be retained if required for legal or legitimate business purposes, such as for security, fraud prevention, or to comply with legal obligations. We will inform you if this is the case.

Alternative Deletion via Facebook Settings:

If you connected Supervaisor to your Facebook account (e.g., via Facebook Login or by interacting with our Messenger bot), you can also manage or remove our app's access to your Facebook data directly through your Facebook account settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook account.
  2. Navigate to "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings".
  3. Look for "Apps and Websites" in the left sidebar (or similar wording as Facebook's interface may change).
  4. Find "Supervaisor" (or the name your app is registered under) in the list of active apps.
  5. You should see options to remove the app. Removing the app may also trigger a data deletion request to us, or provide you with an option to request data deletion.

Following these steps in Facebook is a good practice for managing any app connected to your Facebook account.
